have been charged a fee by such a company and you are unhappy with
their service you maybe able to obtain their contact details from
the bank or credit card company you used to make the payment.

There are companies trading with similar names to ours that do charge fees however please note that TenantLoan.com or any of the websites operated by UK Finance Online Ltd do not charge fees nor have we ever charged fees for a loan application.
If you have paid a fee to a loan company, it is not to us. Please check any correspondence sent to you that relates to the fees paid, and contact the company you have paid your fee to direct.
If you feel you have been unfairly treated by a loan company you should contact you local Citizens Advice and/or Trading Standards office www.tradingstandards.gov.uk |
